Our pu foam in place packaging system's quality good as instapak,Pregis IntelliPack.We provide the packaging services your business needs to succeed. From warehousing to custom packaging design, equipment maintenance to consulting services and much more,XINJIA company develops solutions tailored to meet your unique packaging requirements.
2.How do you provide after-sales service?
We have specialists on duty 24 hours all day to serve you.We provide after-sales service through online video calls, sending relevant repair videos, telephone maintenance, etc.
3.Do you have a minimum order quantity?What is your MOQ?
Yes, we require all international orders to have an ongoing minimum order quantity. Considering transportation safety and shipping costs, the pu foam packaging machine and components MOQ is 1 set(463kg).But if you need sample,pls contact with our sales representative.
4.Do you guarantee the quality of your foam machine? And what are the shelf life of foam packaging materials part a and part b ?
Yes,Our foam machine guaranteed time is one year. For foam packaging materials, the shelf life is three years if unopened but one year after opening.
5.What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
You can make the payment to our TT bank account, Western Union or PayPal:
50% deposit in advance, 50% balance against the copy of B/L.
6.Can you guarantee the safe delivery of your foam packaging machine and Consumables?
Yes, we use high-quality wooden cases that meet export standards for foam packaging machines. For packaging chemicals, we will fix and pack them with pallets. Additional fees may be incurred for special packaging or non-standard packaging requirements.
7.Which transportation method do you use? And how much is the freight?
The freight depends on the method you choose.For the foam machine and chemicals,use seafreight is the best solution.But for the light spare parts,We nomal use Express is like FEDEX,DHL,TNT,SF,EMS.
8.Can you supply the relevant documentation?
Yes, we can provide most documentation including Certificates of Analysis /Conformance; Insurance; Origin, and other export documents where required.
